Vermont is gorgeous! I'm going to say its the prettiest state I have ever been too. Danny had a cycling race up there last weekend so Merrick and I tagged along for the drive to practically Canada. It was a two day race with each day consisting of an 80 mile bike ride through the mountains and hills. Danny did AMAZING! He came in 3rd the first day. I don't know how he got back out on that bike and rode another 80 miles the second day but he did and finished with a great time. We waited at the finish line to cheer him on. It was hard to predict when he would be back so we ended up waiting outside in the gorgeous weather for a couple hours. It was a nice getaway from the city plus we got to see lots of corn fields and cows which reminded me  of home...a little.
