My baby goes to school

Merrick has started Pre-K! This has been such a change for both of us. The first week was the roughest week we've had yet in New York City. Adjusting to a new schedule (well..a schedule in general) was hard on him. We are still trying to figure out what is going to work best but his second week of school was much better! He goes 5 days a week which is a commitment. I have to remember that I have be somewhere each day at a certain time. No more plan anything, go anywhere,be back home whenever days for us. On the other hand, I am so grateful he gets to make new friends, become more independent and of course learn!!
