For the past several months Merrick and I have gotten to spend quality time together...in the car. Let me explain. Because we cannot afford choose not to park our car in a garage {$400 a month is a little pricey}we get to spend two mornings a week waiting in the car for and hour and a half for the street sweeper to come by. Did I forget to mention the car doesn't have a radio?! Well it doesn't so we have to pass the time in other ways. We eat breakfast in the car, we sing songs from preschool, we are learning our letters and numbers, we color, look at ISpy books, make phone calls and just hang out. I love spending time with Merrick, we have had some great times just sitting in the car. I even look forward to it {most of the time} because it's a morning where we get to take it slow and do whatever.
